We deliver the crispy taste of authentic Indore snacks to homes across all serviceable postal pin codes in India. Every parcel is safely bubble-wrapped and packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes to prevent crushing during transit.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Daily Fresh Frying: Orders are prepared and packaged in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest batch.
- Dispatch Window: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Sundays/national holidays are dispatched on the next working day (within 24 to 48 hours).

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a cart value of ₹499 or more.
- Standard Shipping: For smaller snack trial orders under ₹499, a nominal flat courier fee (₹49 to ₹60 depending on weight/location) is displayed clearly during checkout.
4. Shipment Tracking & Couriers
We partner with reliable logistics couriers including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post Speed Post.
Once your package is picked up, an automated SMS/WhatsApp update containing your tracking number and direct live tracking link will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.
